SEA GRAPE is a two bedroom; one bath second story condominium located in building A at Battery Hill Estates. The recently remodeled kitchen beckons you as you stroll through French double entry doors. The kitchen is a chef’s dream featuring granite countertops, stainless appliances, a wall mounted a/c unit and UV filtered water.
The open tropical layout of Sea Grape allows you the comfort of accessing the elegant great room which features comfortable furniture, a flatscreen smart television, cable service, DVD player, stereo system, WIFI internet, CDs, and a reading library. The great room also features a queen sleeper sofa and air conditioning. Sliding glass doors lead off the great room that welcomes you to the private covered balcony complete with dining table and chairs which makes alfresco dining a delight! Relax on your private balcony and read a book, enjoy your favorite cocktails, stargaze, or enjoy the picturesque view of the Cruz Bay Harbor.
The master bedroom at Sea Grape features a queen bed and has individually controlled air conditioning and ceiling fan. The nearby guest bedroom has two twin beds, individually controlled air conditioning and ceiling fan. Both bedrooms share a full bath with tiled walk-in shower.
Battery Hill is a beautifully landscaped enclave comprised of 9 separate units located within the town of Cruz Bay with an ambiance well suited to those looking for the amenities of home while enjoying the convenience of location. Condominium extras offered at Battery Hill Estates include a shared pool, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, lounge chairs for sunbathing, covered and uncovered sunbathing area, entry foot wash, covered exterior dining area, BBQ grill, private off-street parking, UV filtered water and shared complimentary laundry facilities.

Staying at Battery Hill was perfect- wonderful location overlooking Cruz Bay. The Sea Grape villa was clean, well organized and had everything we needed to enjoy St.John. Providing a parking spot, beach bags, coolers, beach towels & chairs was a bonus! Everyone was warm & welcoming. Wonderful destination to relax and recharge. We have already booked our trip back for next year!
