We were very pleased with this rental. Place was clean, welcome staff (Sherolyn) was helpful in meeting us and going over everything in condo. Great location, 5 minute walk down to Cruz Bay. Each unit is set up so you have privacy on your balcony, great views from every window. Shared laundry room was convenient as well. Pool was small, but there was never more than two people there at a time. Adequate parking for rental car. Only complaint was the water pressure in shower (which I’m sure is low everywhere on island?). Also note, if you plan to stay at this particular unit, probably wouldn’t be kid friendly due to spiral staircase up to loft bedroom, or the steps to get up to the unit. We stayed with our family of 5 (kids are 18,15, and 13), and had no issues at all. If you want to be close to town, this is the place to be. Oh and also, free live music on your balcony in the evening from the bands playing down below at the Beach Bar, added unexpected bonus!

We only spent two nights at Palm Breeze but it served our needs well. The condo is within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. However, you might want to arrange for a taxi ride back if you are not in shape. (It was under $10 for two of us.) St. John Signature Villas and Condos handled all of our needs promptly and courteously!

Magic View had a magical view! The accommodations didn’t really suit our needs (2 Adults) with the very small pool and 4 separate living areas in different buildings. Not very conducive for entertaining as the buildings separate the kitchen from the living area/tv. The only baths were in each bedroom buildings and not the living area or kitchen. We probably wouldn’t stay here again but it was private and nicely equipped with everything you may need while on vacation. The units were clean and proximity to Cruz Bay was convenient. This location may be great for more than 1 couple.

Magic View Villa is a spectacular place to enjoy a vacation. We were on our honeymoon and were blown away by the 180 degree panoramic view. We witnessed the sun rise and sun set off the deck along with breath taking views of the bays and coast below. The facility was well maintained and beautifully kept as well. Would recommend this villa over the conventional stays on the island!

This is our first trip to St John and we just cannot get over how beautiful it is! And the view from Magic View... unbelievably gorgeous. The location is great too - super close to Cruz Bay but quiet, except for the roosters crowing at dawn (which we actually loved)

We didn't use the AC at all, instead letting the wonderful ocean breeze blow in. It is so pleasant, especially at night. We mostly spent our time out on the expansive deck, sitting in the comfy chairs, and loved how conducive the villa is to outdoor living!

(Only suggestion would be to add an outdoor dining table :)

We have a 10-year-old daughter who loved the pool and having her own little separate "apartment" (the second detached bedroom). We had her lock her doors at night and we felt totally safe.

Beds are very comfortable (we are picky) and everything is clean, airy, and tastefully decorated. It was also awesome having all the beach gear - especially grateful for the beach chairs with the backpack straps. So much carrying around of beach gear to all the amazing beaches!

St John Signature Villas was great to work with. We rented a Jeep through O'Connor, also great. And upon recommendation, booked a charter with Cleve at Local Flavor to the BVIs - epic! Our daughter LOVED jumping off the back of Willy T's :)

Our favorite beaches were Salt Pond (also hiked Ram's Head), Francis Bay, Hawksnest, Maho (for turtles, but also for the strong Painkillers from the tiki bar..haha) and Trunk Bay (we almost didn't go because we didn't want to pay and felt it would be too crowded/touristy - but I am SO glad we did because it is stunning)

For food/drink we loved Beach Bar, La Tapa, Longboard, and Morgan's Mango. And of course lots of stops at St John Scoops :)

Great location, easy to go into town. Absolutely a fantastic wide view of ocean and surrounding bays. Unreal views of sunrises and sunsets. No obstructions of power poles or wires. I got some of the best pictures of rain showers coming in over the ocean, rainbows and sunrise & sunsets. Comfortable master bedroom & fantastic bed. Nothing over the top, very comfortable living quarters & kitchen. I cant complain about a thing, can't wait to come back!

Our stay at Magic View Villa was one of my favorite trips ever! The view from this property is stunning and truly cannot be captured in a photo. You will want to be home for sunset every evening- we made our dinner reservations around it. The bedrooms are lovely and comfortable, and the kitchen and living room are great as well, but we honestly spent ALL of our time on the deck. From coffee in the morning (so peaceful and serene) to an afternoon swim after our beach outing, to our sunset happy hours- it was the best place to be. There is plenty of room to spread out and plenty of privacy. The location is very private, yet convenient to beaches and restaurants. The rental staff was also very friendly and accommodating, although we honestly didn't need them after check in- everything was in great working order. We appreciated the that the owners of the villa provided great beach bags and beach chairs/umbrellas/floats, and we even took advantage of a yoga mat and some binoculars. Cannot say enough great things about our stay! We hope to return soon!

Villa had the most amazing views! Pool was nice for late afternoon ocean gazing. The water pump had to be replaced while we were there but they handled it very well, limited disruption. The bedrooms are far apart, good for us with teenagers but with small kids might be an issue. A/C was nice in bedrooms. Kitchen did not have it, but opened up the 3 doors and it was fine. Had to fix the screens on tracks, one had holes and could use replacing. Overall great stay! We didnt eat out due to covid so nice to have the gas grill.

We loved the location of Magic View Villa as it is a short drive above Cruz Bay on a quiet hill with magnificent sunrise and sunsets every day. Every amenity was provided, including binoculars for awesome birdwatching and handmade pottery for morning coffee that we enjoyed sitting on the very spacious deck overlooking the bays. The villa is very clean and the sheets/beds provided for great sleeping. We had great customer care with the management company helping to make all our plans prior to our arrival and upon our arrival with greeting us at the ferry. We explored many of the beaches, our favorites were Saltpond Bay (great snorkeling by the rocks and awesome hiking up to Ram Head), Gibney Beach and Trunk Bay. We enjoyed great food on the island, especially at La Tapa (street table), Joe's Rum Hut, Morgan's Mango and the new Windmill Bar is a great stop for a drink and incredible view! We have already shared our love for Magic View Villa with many and look forward to returning!

One week stay here in May. Lovely, comfortable, large home. Quiet area, wonderful pool (where most of our time at the villa was spent). Immaculately maintained, inside and out. Loved not having to worry about power outages (which were an ongoing island isdue while we were there). Note: Drivers not used to SJ steep drives will likely be intimidated by the very steep initial portion of the driveway. If you’re unsure at all, park on the road. We had no issues with it, but know if you do, you’ll just have to tote your stuff down to the villa. Tons of outside seating to view the BVIs. Great seating options in the pool too.

We stayed at Villa Andara with our two adult sons and their wives - the home was perfect for three couples with three idential primary bedrooms - loved the outdoor showers! The pictures are beautiful; the home is even more stunning than than the pictures. Plenty of private space and wondeful gathering space - especially the outdoor seating area, where we spent most of our time. We went to different beaches every day and could not wait to return to the villa to swim, watch the sunset and cook dinner. We love the east end - the quiet and beauty is unmatched.

This villa is breathtaking! The view is mesmerizing and the best I’ve seen on the island over multiple stays. This was our first time staying on East End and I was a bit worried about the drive. In reality, I was so excited to be staying in such a remarkable location I didn’t mind the drive a bit. In fact, it added to the experience as I’ve visited St. John for the past 20 years but had a different experience because of our location. We spent more time on the Coral Bay side and found new restaurants, beaches, etc.

The villa is stunning and has everything needed for a relaxing stay. I wouldn’t change a thing!

It was a wonderful trip. Villa Andarra was perfect. The views were incredible, the house was clean and had everything we needed. We will 100% book this house again. The only caveat I would give is this, if you are one of those folks who thinks you need to be in Cruz Bay everyday, that is a bit of a hike. This house is way out on the east end, which was exactly what we wanted. If you are new to st. John and you see that the house is 10 miles from Cruz Bay, those are not highway miles. Again, not at all a knock! Getting out to the east end where it is much quieter and less crowded is the best, but if you are expecting to be able to walk to mongoose junction maybe stay at the Westin.

This was our fourth time staying at Andara and it was as lovely as the first! The house is beautiful and perfectly maintained. While the island was bursting at the seams with visitors, we would have never known it due to Andara's peaceful and serene location. We always hate to leave but can't wait to get back!

This was our second stay at this home and it didn’t disappoint. The house is immaculate, well decorated, and stunning architecturally. The view is breathtaking! The rental property company worked hard to get us AC for the house after a power surge took out the main house, including the bedrooms, just prior to our arrival. The bedrooms were very comfortable, both in temperature and bedding quality. The only downside to the location is that it is quite a drive for grocery shopping or dining at Cruz Bay, but if you plan in advance to get groceries, that is easily handled. Overall, we love this place and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else on the island.

Villa Andara is a beautiful villa set in a very remote area of St.John. The drive from Cruz Bay takes roughly 40 minutes depending on time of day/traffic. The villa is extremely private and very serene. This is our second stay at the villa. We've been coming to STJ for 22 years with all four of our children. STJ is like a second home to us. This villa is the most beautiful of all the villas we've stayed at but also the most time spent getting to. It is a trade-off one must consider when booking Andara. The owner and property manager answered any questions I had very quickly. If you don't mind a little driving, I would highly recommend this villa.
