We loved the location , close to Coral Bay and right off Centerline Road. The view was great and the driveway and parking were easier than many places we stayed. The unit itself was well-equipped and worked well for three couples.

We have been visiting St.John for over ten years and have stayed in many rentals. We usually opt for the quieter Coral Bay side of the island. This rental was very nice and spacious for the five of us with plenty of seating areas between the dining room, living room and large covered porch. Everything was clean and in good condition upon arrival and Joe was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the spending our time in the mornings and evenings relaxing on the covered porch that has an amazing view of Coral Bay. I kept the hummingbird feeder filled and we were entertained with so many hummingbirds and other little nectar sipping birds. We loved it!! We were also thrilled to have a nice hot tub that actually worked and we enjoyed it every evening. The property is fenced and has a security gate which was an added bonus. The only negative for us was that this rental sits right above the main road into Coral Bay and starting early in the morning there is a lot of road noise. All the trucks and school busses honk their loud horns as they approach the blind curves and anyone who is playing loud music in their car shares it with you. Other than the road noise, we would thoroughly recommend this cute and colorful rental.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Island Breeze! The property is clean and well maintained both inside and out. We felt right at home! It really was bigger than what we needed for just the two of us, but we would for sure stay here again with family on a future trip! We enjoyed the covered balcony with a fantastic view of Coral Bay both in the morning with our coffee and in the evening relaxing after a day at the beach. The house had everything we needed to cook several meals in when we wanted and not have to go out to eat for every meal. There is plenty of comfortable living space both inside and out to relax and enjoy the tropical breezes. We did use the AC in the bedroom at night and were very comfortable. There is also a fabulous hot tub on the property! The house is very accessible and only a five minute drive to Coral Bay. The driveway is paved the whole way to the house. The neighborhood is quiet, and although there are several other houses nearby, we never heard or saw any of the neighbors during our stay. The rental process was easy, and our greeter, Nakira was fabulous! She guided us to the property, showed us around, and made sure we were comfortable before she left. This is an exceptional property, and we will not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

Island Breeze is the perfect location for quiet evenings and short drives to all the beaches. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at the house. The ceiling fans were fantastic to keep the air moving on the still evenings. The house has everything for a relaxing day at any beach; chairs, pool noodles, coolers, and ice packs. We noticed an off smell in one bedroom when the AC was running. Management was great at acknowledging our concern and said they would look into it during the work week (completely understandable) since we called on the weekend.

Can’t beat the location, cleanliness and amenities at Island Breeze.

What a lovely Villa! Amazing view of Coral Bay! Lovely veranda/ porch to eat meals, relax, watch antics of birds at hummingbird feeder, watch iguanas. A really nicely decorated place with comfortable furniture. Very well stocked kitchen- so easy to prepare some meals there. Thoughtful touches like beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, coolers to use while visiting! Great hot tub ( practically new!). Air conditioning recently added to the three bedrooms which was a nice surprise but also lots of fans. We noted a few issues and the management team did their best to take care of them. A really great location to get back and forth to north island beaches as well as to explore east end and south east areas.

Working with STJ Signature Rentals was A+. Sherrolyn was very helpful and professional. The cottage is lovely, really well appointed and the view of Cruz Bay Harbor is beautiful. The walk down to Cruz Bay restaurants was not difficult, the walk back to the cottage could be a bit more challenging, keep that in mind if you opt out of renting a vehicle. We would stay here again, thank you.

The Cottage was all that we needed to truly experience our time in Cruz Bay. A pleasant downhill walk into town and a mildly challenging uphill walk to shed a few calories after enjoying Huevos Rancheros for breakfast and a few Lime in D’ coconut drinks during lunch! At night we chose to taxi back up the hill (for safety). The Cottage is just big enough for a couple to share (close quarters), the pool was almost our own private pool and the convenience of Cruz Bay restaurants made for a perfect stay. We enjoyed hearing the music as it traveled up the hill from the Beach Bar...be prepared as it goes on late into the night. It didn’t bother us. The refrigerator was actually a wine cooler so don’t stock up on food items ...just wine! ��

The Cottsge at Battery Hill was absolutely perfect for the two of us. It was very clean and neat. We had a small pool and deck chairs to enjoy. The view overlooking Cruz Bay was magnificent We rented a jeep (highly recommended) but we walked to town at night to dine and have drinks. I would definitely stay there again!

We had a great first stay at The Cottage! It was perfect for just the two of us and the view is amazing. Room was clean, as was the laundry room and pool area. Two wish list items: a closet for things one doesn't want to leave folded all week; some soundproofing at front door as we could hear every word of anyone talking in the outdoor table area. Communication and check-in were also great. Would definitely recommend to our friends.

Working with STJ Signature Rentals was A+. Sherrolyn was very helpful and professional. The cottage is lovely, really well appointed and the view of Cruz Bay Harbor is beautiful. The walk down to Cruz Bay restaurants was not difficult, the walk back to the cottage could be a bit more challenging, keep that in mind if you opt out of renting a vehicle. We would stay here again, thank you.

The Cottsge at Battery Hill was absolutely perfect for the two of us. It was very clean and neat. We had a small pool and deck chairs to enjoy. The view overlooking Cruz Bay was magnificent We rented a jeep (highly recommended) but we walked to town at night to dine and have drinks. I would definitely stay there again!

We had a great first stay at The Cottage! It was perfect for just the two of us and the view is amazing. Room was clean, as was the laundry room and pool area. Two wish list items: a closet for things one doesn't want to leave folded all week; some soundproofing at front door as we could hear every word of anyone talking in the outdoor table area. Communication and check-in were also great. Would definitely recommend to our friends.

The Cottage was all that we needed to truly experience our time in Cruz Bay. A pleasant downhill walk into town and a mildly challenging uphill walk to shed a few calories after enjoying Huevos Rancheros for breakfast and a few Lime in D’ coconut drinks during lunch! At night we chose to taxi back up the hill (for safety). The Cottage is just big enough for a couple to share (close quarters), the pool was almost our own private pool and the convenience of Cruz Bay restaurants made for a perfect stay. We enjoyed hearing the music as it traveled up the hill from the Beach Bar...be prepared as it goes on late into the night. It didn’t bother us. The refrigerator was actually a wine cooler so don’t stock up on food items ...just wine!

Our party had 4 people- 2 adults and 2 kids Overall, we were disappointed in this property compared to others we have stayed at. Overall, the whole house needs a deep clean. We didn’t have enough of the basics in the kitchen to ever complete a whole meal. Everything had to be washed that we used. The sheets throughout the house just need to be replaced (stained). The mattresses were completely wore out with deep holes. The the bedrooms upstairs strayed pretty cool most of the week but the living/kitchen has no air condition and extremely hot even with ceiling fans. Almost miserable to cook. We loved St. John but would not stay at this villa again.

Waterfall is an unparalleled 3BD/3.5 BA fully air-conditioned villa situated amongst tropical foliage. Sit beneath the waterfall in one of St. John's largest solar heated infinity edge swimming pools and enjoy the serenity you deserve.

This Fish Bay, St. John USVI home, was designed for easy living with two bedrooms having inside access and on the same level as the pool and spa. An entry ramp from the driveway simplifies access for those people who find stairs difficult. Children over 8 welcome. As of May 2025, Waterfall is now fully air-conditioned. St. John is called the “Gem of the Caribbean” and has the reputation of being the most beautiful and tranquil island in the West Indies. St. John is less than 20 square miles in area (about the size of Manhattan) and its population is about 5,000. About half of the island is part of the Virgin Islands National Park. One of the most popular activities on St. John is going to the beach and enjoying our wonderful turquoise waters. Sailing, fishing, hiking, kayaking, parasailing, snorkeling lessons and certifications are some other adventures to enjoy while on your St. John visit.

Our party had 4 people- 2 adults and 2 kids Overall, we were disappointed in this property compared to others we have stayed at. Overall, the whole house needs a deep clean. We didn’t have enough of the basics in the kitchen to ever complete a whole meal. Everything had to be washed that we used. The sheets throughout the house just need to be replaced (stained). The mattresses were completely wore out with deep holes. The the bedrooms upstairs strayed pretty cool most of the week but the living/kitchen has no air condition and extremely hot even with ceiling fans. Almost miserable to cook. We loved St. John but would not stay at this villa again.

We've been staying in luxury villas on St. John for 25 years, but this trip was special. Everything about this villa makes you happy, peaceful, and thinking about your next trip. Sea Stone is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at on the island. The house is clean and beautifully appointed, and you instantly feel at home. The views are amazing, and there are so many options for enjoying your time outside, including dining, lounging, and swinging in the hammock. The house was perfect for us and our teenage daughter and would be great for two couples as well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We've stayed at many places, and Sea Stone's views are amazing. You can pick a different outdoor seat each time to take it in, the outside living space is wonderful, including the outdoor showers!
We had an issue with the A/C, and it was fixed the following day.The welcome basket was a great touch after a long day of travel. The beds were a bit firm, but overall amenities were great. Highly recommend Sea Stone!

Sea stone was heaven on earth! The views, comfy beds, no bugs, great pool, and accommodations were perfect! The only downside were the semi aggressive iguana lizards that were present almost daily. Someone must have fed them because they were not shy to come right up to the table on the porch. A little unnerving!

The improvements post hurricane have restored it to pristine condition. Glad our contribution helped. New beds a bit firm for my taste, but my better half loved it. No internet below the parking area is a minor annoyance, but can’t be helped.
Shame that the Caneel Bay beaches are no longer accessible and Trunk Bay raised its admission price. Sea Stone still a lovely, relaxing place to stay.

My husband and I enjoyed 8 glorious days at Sea Stone in 2021. We have stayed at several other villas on island (including a very similar property by the same architect) and Sea Stone is hands-down the best villa we have ever rented! The house is phenomenal, from the unrivaled view to the hammock & personal pool-side palm tree to the incredibly well-appointed interior. We simply could not stop gushing about Sea Stone throughout our stay. We cannot wait for our visit next year! Pro tip: the sunset vista over St. Thomas is unrivaled when viewed at the top of the entryway steps/parking area.

House has beautiful position overlooking sea. 2 bedrooms king size beds comfortable. Pool is beautiful it has floats to relax in after a hard day of snorkeling. House has all amenities. The outdoor showers are wonderful maybe one of my favorite things. My one complaint is the ac is very loud so it woke me up several times a night but it works great.

After bouncing around for many years a various villas on St John, we finally found one we want to come back to. It's so well done. Nevermind the view (which is to die for). This was our 6th visit to St John and I think this was my favorite place to stay by far! All villas say they are well appointed but Sea Stone truly has everything you need. If I would have known how well stocked the villa was I could have left a lot of items at home. The outdoor seating area was so nice, I think I counted 30 separate seats out there! Inside was very well designed and everything was in great condition, even the shower pressure was great which you don't often see. Parking was easy and the drive to town was a breeze. Grocery provisioning from St John Signature was the icing on the cake, Sea Stone does not disappoint!

Sea Stone is an AMAZING VILLA, the location is spectacular, the views are breathtaking and "Lester" the Iguana and his family became daily visitors along side us by the pool. My husband took to cutting up fruit for them each morning. The service we received by the St John Signature Villa's staff was impeccable. We came back to St John for our 5 yr Anniversary - our 1st time at Sea Stone Villa and it has been wonderful. We have never vacationed anywhere where we preferred to stay at the House (Sea Stone) and relax, cook and hang out, rather than get out and see the sights. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and we plan to stay at Sea Stone when we truly is spectacular! The Website does not do it justice, the views, the house, the pool...they have every amenity you could need and the outdoor shower was divine! Treat Yourself, it is truly a lovely experience! We've been staying in luxury villas on St. John for 25 years, but this trip was special. Everything about this villa makes you happy, peaceful, and thinking about your next trip. It is meticulously tended (inside and out) and the views from every room are spectacular! We loved the well-equipped kitchen, the amazing grill, but most of all THAT POOL! Can't wait to return.

Sea stone was heaven on earth! The views, comfy beds, no bugs, great pool, and accommodations were perfect! The only downside were the semi aggressive iguana lizards that were present almost daily. Someone must have fed them because they were not shy to come right up to the table on the porch. A little unnerving!

Sea Stone is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at on the island. The house is clean and beautifully appointed, and you instantly feel at home. The views are amazing, and there are so many options for enjoying your time outside, including dining, lounging, and swinging in the hammock. The house was perfect for us and our teenage daughter and would be great for two couples as well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We've stayed at many places, and Sea Stone's views are amazing. You can pick a different outdoor seat each time to take it in, the outside living space is wonderful, including the outdoor showers!
We had an issue with the A/C, and it was fixed the following day.The welcome basket was a great touch after a long day of travel. The beds were a bit firm, but overall amenities were great. Highly recommend Sea Stone!

Sea Stone is an AMAZING VILLA, the location is spectacular, the views are breathtaking and "Lester" the Iguana and his family became daily visitors along side us by the pool. My husband took to cutting up fruit for them each morning. The service we received by the St John Signature Villa's staff was impeccable. We came back to St John for our 5 yr Anniversary - our 1st time at Sea Stone Villa and it has been wonderful. We have never vacationed anywhere where we preferred to stay at the House (Sea Stone) and relax, cook and hang out, rather than get out and see the sights. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and we plan to stay at Sea Stone when we truly is spectacular! The Website does not do it justice, the views, the house, the pool...they have every amenity you could need and the outdoor shower was divine! Treat Yourself, it is truly a lovely experience! This was our 6th visit to St John and I think this was my favorite place to stay by far! All villas say they are well appointed but Sea Stone truly has everything you need. If I would have known how well stocked the villa was I could have left a lot of items at home. The outdoor seating area was so nice, I think I counted 30 separate seats out there! Inside was very well designed and everything was in great condition, even the shower pressure was great which you don't often see. Parking was easy and the drive to town was a breeze. Grocery provisioning from St John Signature was the icing on the cake, Sea Stone does not disappoint!

House has beautiful position overlooking sea. 2 bedrooms king size beds comfortable. Pool is beautiful it has floats to relax in after a hard day of snorkeling. House has all amenities. The outdoor showers are wonderful maybe one of my favorite things. My one complaint is the ac is very loud so it woke me up several times a night but it works great.

My husband and I enjoyed 8 glorious days at Sea Stone in 2021. We have stayed at several other villas on island (including a very similar property by the same architect) and Sea Stone is hands-down the best villa we have ever rented! The house is phenomenal, from the unrivaled view to the hammock & personal pool-side palm tree to the incredibly well-appointed interior. We simply could not stop gushing about Sea Stone throughout our stay. We cannot wait for our visit next year! Pro tip: the sunset vista over St. Thomas is unrivaled when viewed at the top of the entryway steps/parking area.

The improvements post hurricane have restored it to pristine condition. Glad our contribution helped. New beds a bit firm for my taste, but my better half loved it. No internet below the parking area is a minor annoyance, but can’t be helped.
Shame that the Caneel Bay beaches are no longer accessible and Trunk Bay raised its admission price. Sea Stone still a lovely, relaxing place to stay.

Eaglesnest is a beautiful, centrally located villa. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and organized. The views from the decks endless and the solar heated pool so great to just float and watch the clouds sail above you. We loved the pull through covered drive allowing easy access directly to the front door. Nice beach chairs, bags and towels as well as coolers for trips to the beach. Everything about Eaglesnest is wonderful and we plan to return again in 2026, but feel that the Living Room Furniture really needs to be replaced.

We rented Eaglesnest the first week of July and were very happy with the location (just 5 mins from Cruz Bay) but yet amazing views all around! The outdoor area is the best feature with breezes and views for days. The only downfall is the bathrooms aren't en suite to have the benefit of the A/C from bedrooms flow through, but we made it work. We had a 16 month old in our group, and this place was perfect for her and very safe. The driveway was a breeze compared to other villas as well. All the amenities, plenty of towels, kitchen accessories, coolers, beach toys. We would definitely go again to this hidden gem!

We chose Eagles Nest for the second year in a row based on the views. The deck provides unbelievable views facing St. Croix and overlooking Great Cruz Bay. Not to mention the pool!
We had a family of 6 and everyone has their own room and private bathrooms. The house has everything you need. I would highly recommend Eagles Nest.

From the minute you walk in the door of “Eaglesnest”, you see the magical view that becomes your every day movie set... watching a few boats go by each day, watching the weather roll over the hills, and of course seeing the gorgeous blues and greens of the water below. We feel so at home when we step through the door at Eaglesnest. That's why we've spent so many years on the list of repeat guests. As others have noted this villa is so well equipped with anything one would need. The location can't be matched! Breeze and view, outstanding. The new deck improvements really fits well. Sherrolyn and staff are quick to respond if you have any questions or needs. I almost hate writing a good review because then the secret is out and make a reservation even harder to get.
We love this Island, her people and their culture. Throw in Eaglesnest and it's a perfect trifecta.

Good location, beautiful property, perfect stay. We didn’t want vacation to end! We explored the island during the day and would come home to a relaxing home and pool. Beds were comfy, showers were lovely, villa was secluded just enough. The dining table on the balcony made for a perfect coffee and breakfast & dinner and drinks spot. We loved watching the goats feed down the hill on the point. The laundry room was a lifesaver and nice. A/C bedrooms were amazing and even the breeze from the ocean in the main living area was nice on a warm day. Size was perfect for our 4 guests and would still be enough with more guests. We can’t wait to come back to this villa!

Three generations stayed in Eagles Nest for a week and a half, with two parents, two grandparents, and two grade-school kids. We loved the views, the breeze, the floor plan, and the pool! The house included anything you'd want - from all the right kitchen stuff to beach chairs and towels to a fantastic library of books about all things St. John. We love staying in a house where you can tell the owners visit frequently and care about the property, and this is one of them! We left our beach toys for the next family. It's a quick drive from Cruz Bay, up a typically steep St. John hill. We had fun using binoculars to check out the houses and boats around Great Cruz Bay, as well as the iguanas and goats in the area. Only a few rooms used the AC at night, and only on a few nights - the breeze was just fine in the main space and for most bedrooms at night. The water tasted fine for drinking and pressure was good for showers. Sunrise in the hammock was amazing. The pool is perfectly warm in the afternoons. We ate every meal on the deck. We wish we'd read the recommendations from guests book earlier in our trip.

Eagles Nest is by far a wonderful place to stay when traveling with family. My boys enjoyed the space especially my 23 year old who stayed in the room adjacent to the pool on the first level. I can't say enough about how well appointed eagle nest was and literally had everything and anything you might need down to the smallest of details. The house was immaculately clean, comfortable and felt like home. The management team provided immediate customer service for example the door handle to the downstairs room came off and management had it resolved within hours. The views at eagles nest are better then what I imagined, they were absolutely breathtaking! We enjoyed the balcony everyday with the sliding doors wide open taking in the caribbean breezes. I especially loved sipping my coffee and watching the boats come in and out of great cruz bay and the playfulness of the baby goats that reside a few houses below. After our daily adventures on island we would come back and just float in the pool taking mental pictures of the beauty that surrounded us! We also fell in love with the resident iguana who would on occasion stroll past us while we floated in the pool :) I can't say enough about how in love i am with Eagles nest! It captured our hearts and we can't wait to come back and enjoy another week in paradise.

Eaglesnest was the perfect villa for our girls trip. The staff was very accommodating to make two of the bedrooms into twin beds. We loved the view so much and we got a lot of cool breeze while sitting on the upper deck. And I agree with many reviews here that the villa was well-stocked and labeled! Location was breathtaking and very close to town. There were some kitchen things that weren't working properly, but that didn't take away from our great experience here. Definitely would come back to this villa!

From the incredible panoramic views (sunrise to sunset) viewed from the expansive pool deck and balconies and even from the rooms, to the well-equipped and beautiful home, this was a first-class vacation home and we are frequent visitors to St John as we have family here.
Main house was perfect for two couples with the two master suites or for a family. We didn't use the downstairs bedroom but it was also well appointed with it's own refrigerator, air conditioning and TV.
The outdoor shower was a great addition to alleviate sand coming into the house after the beach.
The pool was sparkling and had great jets but we did have to "skim" out dirt or anything that flew in. Also there is a resident iguana that would leave "presents" every day on the pool ledge.
Would also suggest two more loungers by the pool (four total would be perfect)
One week was NOT enough. We will be back!

This house is a real gem. We’ve stayed in many AirBnb type places, but this one was the cleanest I’ve experienced. It seems many people come back year after year, and have left things behind to make this more than just a place to land. It’s like home, but with an amazing view! I’d never get tired of it. They had games to play, the pool was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with implements. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom. Not having an enclosure was unique, and so appropriate for the Caribbean. If you’re looking for a place to stay, stop. You’ve found it.

This was our first time to St John so we knew nothing about the island or location of this villa. It was a great location—-not too far from the main town and the view was exactly as pictured. Could stand in the pool and look right out at Cruz Bay. The villa itself was in excellent condition with bedrooms being air conditioned. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. Would stay here again!

If you're on the fence, rent Eagles Nest! We stayed for 2 weeks in May 2023. The home is in an awesome location close to Cruz Bay but isolated atop a hill overlooking the Carribean. There are zero steps from the covered drive in/out parking spot to the main living level. The home was well appointed and had significant cooking items/dishes, etc. The pool was a nice temperature with a spectacular view. The St John Signature Villas & Condos team answered all questions and gave us a thorough tour of the home upon arrival. Finally, all the little things were there in sufficient quantity for our two week stay.
Bottomline, you will not regret renting this home!

I love St. John and have frequented this beautiful paradise 11 times in the past 13 years. I have stayed in six villas and Eagles Nest is the bomb! The best. Love the villa, the location and excellent amenities. My only reservation is that I would love to answer the last inquiry, "Would you recommend this property to a friend", selfishly as a NO because this property is getting so popular that it is booking up so fast every year!! We booked the Eaglesnest villa for a week with friends and family and it was great! We had 6 adults and it was perfect for us! The views are amazing and the pool was perfect for a day you couldn’t go to the beach. (Rough waters while we were there). Coffee on the veranda in the morning and views of St Thomas city lights in the evening! It was clean and had everything we needed including a laundry. Also we were greeted with a nice little snack basket! The only thing I might say that isn’t great is the mattresses need to be replaced. They lumpy but better than where my husband and I went for the next few days! Lol Definitely planning to return!

This is our 3rd visit to this home and 10 visit to St Johns. We were pleasantly surprised how well repairs are coming along island wide. Also, diving had more color than expected or described. The house appears as nice as it was pre-hurricanes. There are small adjustments that need to be made to the bedroom door left of kitchen as it wont close and stay closed. It bangs until you brace something against the door. That was our only issue - which is so minimal. Pool was clean - we like the new liner and tile.
We had rented last year and with the hurricane cancelled the trip. Trip insurance wouldn't cover the cancellation because our trip was more than 10 days after the hurricane. The owners allowed us to extend a year which we were grateful for. We will be back again. We've looked at other homes, and nothing compares. Great rental!

We had a great stay at Eaglesnest. Location is very convenient to Cruz Bay and it's easy to get to. The drive-thru parking was quite handy. The villa had almost everything we needed - chairs, umbrellas, beach mats and towels, kitchen furnishings, etc. We didn't really have to buy anything for the week besides food.

The microwave stopped working on our first day cooking some bacon and never got fixed, but we didn't eat much besides breakfast at the villa. Also - the wifi gave us all kinds of problems and only worked about 20% of the time. Not a big deal but was annoying when a few people in our group were trying to catch up on some work emails.

We didn't use the 3rd bedroom but that could be a little annoying to have to go up and down outside so something to consider for others. The weather rained on us almost every day for a few hours so that could be an issue for others.

The furniture, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all very nice. We enjoyed this property and with a few upgrades like the microwave and upgraded router/modem the place would be a no-brainer.

The over the range microwave was actually a new one which was added in 2018. Unfortunately, the micrometer failed on it during the third day of your stay;however, we are pleased to report that a new microwave was delivered and installed today on 11/15. We depend on a third party provider for internet-internet throughout the island was impacted by the severe thunder and lightening storm you described above. Usually we don't have any issues. The third bedroom at Eaglesnest is located downstairs on the pool deck level and has exterior access which was described during your booking process. This room is perfect for a cool refresher and quick access to a bathroom on the pool deck. The mini refrigerator and wall mounted TV in this room also make great additions to the room. Again, we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay and look forward to your return visit! 8/23/19 update: We recently installed a new Netgear Orbi mesh router which boosts the internet signal strength to each bedroom. We have stayed at this Villa 4 times. It has killer views, fantastic location and plenty of space for everyone. Upstairs has two equal masters with stone showers. Another King or twin if you prefer on the lower level. Huge decks on both levels and a fantastic pool area. Plenty or sun or shade whichever you prefer. It's location is super convenient and even has a easy in/easy out driveway. Can't wait to go back! Also you can't go wrong with St. John Signature Villas awesome customer service and super nice people!

This is our second time staying at Eaglesnest and it was better than the first time. They have updated some furniture and the Villa is stocked with anything and everything you needed. The pool deck is spacious, has a great view and the hammock was a favorite among everyone. We went with our family of 6, all adults, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The only drawback was the downstairs bedroom smelled pretty musty. We can't wait to go back to St. John and stay at Eaglesnest again!

What a fantastic villa! For 5 adults (3 adult children), it was perfect. Beautiful in every respect, from the location to the view, the pool, the rooms, furnishings and equipment all were outstanding. Everything worked perfectly and we couldn't have been happier, even the wifi was great. We thought there would be some issues from storm recovery, but there were no issues. Signature was incredibly responsive with house cleaning, and checking on things when we needed it which was rare. The street entrance was a little tight, but once you get used to it, you're fine. We liked the proximity to Cruz Bay (5 minute drive) and the grocery store and trash dumpster, but its not very walkable or bikable because of the narrow road and hills. Who wants to leave this incredible deck anyways!!! The southern sky was amazing every night. The pool deck was very relaxing. When our friends see the pictures, they can't believe it. The main living areas are very comfortable. Kitchen equipment was amazing. They had everything you need and more. Bluetooth into the stereo and you have a great happy hour. The master bed was a little too soft, but some people like that. The lower room is very private and there is no internal entrance, so I wouldn't put young children there. An internal entrance to the lower room would make a perfect place even more perfect. Eagle's Nest exceeded our expectations by a lot and I give my highest recommendation if you are going to St John with 4 or 5 people, looking for comfort, privacy, access to town, an amazing view and an incredible vacation!!

We have been to St John many times but this was the first time staying at Eaglesnest. The villa is in a great location with only a 5 minute drive to town. It was extremely clean and stocked well with the essentials. The views from the upper deck and pool deck are breathtaking! Really the only downside was the mattress in the upper east bedroom needs to be replaced. Other than that we love the villa as well as working with St John Signature Villas. It was hard to still see the destruction from the Hurricanes but the island is thriving and beautiful as always!

We had a wonderful week at this house. I would definitely rebook this house in the future. The three bedrooms were exactly what we needed for my family, so for us it was ideal. My two teenagers want to return. If you are thinking of being near Cruz Bay it is very convenient and has a very nice pool and view. It was also very well thought out in terms of most anything you would need to make your stay comfortable for the week. We didn't need a thing.

We did have a problem while there and I am still rating it 5 starts because the maintenance man and the water delivery man were wonderful and the problem was immediately resolved.

The realty agency was professional, responsive and very helpful also. Thank you Shanequa! Again a great week!

This is our fifth stay at Eaglesnest, and everything was wonderful as always. The location, accommodations, and amenities here are perfect for our family. The staff at St. John Signature are so helpful and responsive. My only suggestion for improved comfort is a new mattress for the master bedroom. We did not find it particularly comfortable or supportive.

This was my 5th time coming to St John and Eagles nest was by far my favorite! Perfect layout for 3 couples! The pool was amazing with an awesome view! The house was more stocked than any other rental property I had ever stayed in! The location can’t be beat! Close to Downtown Cruz bay where all the restaurants, shops, and bars are!! 10/10 would recommend to anybody who wants a beautiful home with lovely views, all while being close to downtown! This was my wifes 40th and Sherolyn and her team could not have made it better. From a private fishing boat, private snorkel trip, private catamaran tour couples massages at the house and even a chef (TEDS Supper Club was fantastic).
Nothing like dipping in the pool after a day at the beach, or morning coffee on th deck!

The view from Eaglesnest is incredible and the pictures don’t do it justice. We had a 2 week stay and never once got bored as there is just so much to see and watch. Oriented to the south, you enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the decks. The house is well taken care of and well stocked. But the icing on the cake here is the management company and their staff. We met the housekeeper and gardner. Both were very efficient and so friendly. Sherrolyn provided so much help and advice about how to navigate once we got to STT airport after numerous flight cancellations and delays. Arriving late and tired her family picked us up and got us to villa. She also provided a ton of help with restaurant recommendations. Just great customer service from all. We will absolutely rent this house again.

Wow. What a view everyday. This was a wonderful place to stay. If you have a teen, they will love the downstairs bedroom that feels like its own apartment. The bedrooms are always cooled with AC. The kitchen is not AC, but the cool breeze is welcome when you want to feel the outdoors inside. Signature was super helpful. Things they could improve. Add an AppleTV. The TV setup is pretty weak. The beach chairs are rusted and worn. Time for something new. Other than that, pack light because this place has all the hair dryers and flat irons, and every amenity you will need. Oh, and everything is labeled in the cabinets. Huge kudos for the organization which saves you time on vacation.

I can't even begin to say enough great things about our stay at Eaglesnest! We have stayed in many beautiful villas on the island but this was by far our favorite. The pictures don't even begin to do this house justice. The location is perfect and very close to town.

I own a vacation rental myself and am very particular about how a house is stocked and cleaned. I have to say even I took some tips away from this property. We couldn't believe all the extras we found for our conveniences. There wasn't anything we ever wanted that wasn't there. The owners put so much thought and care into making sure you have a perfect stay. The house was kept very clean and the beds were all very comfortable. Everyone in our family slept like babies. The waves crashing with the windows open at night also helped lull us to sleep. Our kids had a blast in the pool. I spent every morning on the big new beautiful deck sipping coffee and enjoying the breathtaking views. Every evening we spent on that same deck watching the boats and the stars. Oh, that view.....Did I mention the view?!

The property manager Sherrolyn was a gem. She is extremely organized. She sent everything in a timely manner and always answered any questions we had. She sent a very informative email with details of food, activities, ferry and plenty more about St Johns.

We love exploring and staying in different houses each time we visit the island. However after staying here the hubby, kids and I all agree we have found our home away from home. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us. We can't wait to return. Till next time Eaglesnest....

Eaglesnest is a beautiful, centrally located villa. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and organized. The views from the decks endless and the solar heated pool so great to just float and watch the clouds sail above you. We loved the pull through covered drive allowing easy access directly to the front door. Nice beach chairs, bags and towels as well as coolers for trips to the beach. Everything about Eaglesnest is wonderful and we plan to return again in 2026, but feel that the Living Room Furniture really needs to be replaced.

We chose Eagles Nest for the second year in a row based on the views. The deck provides unbelievable views facing St. Croix and overlooking Great Cruz Bay. Not to mention the pool!
We had a family of 6 and everyone has their own room and private bathrooms. The house has everything you need. I would highly recommend Eagles Nest.

We rented Eaglesnest the first week of July and were very happy with the location (just 5 mins from Cruz Bay) but yet amazing views all around! The outdoor area is the best feature with breezes and views for days. The only downfall is the bathrooms aren't en suite to have the benefit of the A/C from bedrooms flow through, but we made it work. We had a 16 month old in our group, and this place was perfect for her and very safe. The driveway was a breeze compared to other villas as well. All the amenities, plenty of towels, kitchen accessories, coolers, beach toys. We would definitely go again to this hidden gem!

We feel so at home when we step through the door at Eaglesnest. That's why we've spent so many years on the list of repeat guests. As others have noted this villa is so well equipped with anything one would need. The location can't be matched! Breeze and view, outstanding. The new deck improvements really fits well. Sherrolyn and staff are quick to respond if you have any questions or needs. I almost hate writing a good review because then the secret is out and make a reservation even harder to get.
We love this Island, her people and their culture. Throw in Eaglesnest and it's a perfect trifecta.

Three generations stayed in Eagles Nest for a week and a half, with two parents, two grandparents, and two grade-school kids. We loved the views, the breeze, the floor plan, and the pool! The house included anything you'd want - from all the right kitchen stuff to beach chairs and towels to a fantastic library of books about all things St. John. We love staying in a house where you can tell the owners visit frequently and care about the property, and this is one of them! We left our beach toys for the next family. It's a quick drive from Cruz Bay, up a typically steep St. John hill. We had fun using binoculars to check out the houses and boats around Great Cruz Bay, as well as the iguanas and goats in the area. Only a few rooms used the AC at night, and only on a few nights - the breeze was just fine in the main space and for most bedrooms at night. The water tasted fine for drinking and pressure was good for showers. Sunrise in the hammock was amazing. The pool is perfectly warm in the afternoons. We ate every meal on the deck. We wish we'd read the recommendations from guests book earlier in our trip.

The location of our rental was great! It was well stocked and the views were amazing. There was plenty of room for our group of six. All the beds in the house were very hard and uncomfortable. I’m glad the house included stuff for the beach, but a lot of it was broken and unusable-beach umbrella, cooler, beach chair to name a few. We were supposed to have a midweek week cleaning but the never came. All of that said, I would stay here again

Good location, beautiful property, perfect stay. We didn’t want vacation to end! We explored the island during the day and would come home to a relaxing home and pool. Beds were comfy, showers were lovely, villa was secluded just enough. The dining table on the balcony made for a perfect coffee and breakfast & dinner and drinks spot. We loved watching the goats feed down the hill on the point. The laundry room was a lifesaver and nice. A/C bedrooms were amazing and even the breeze from the ocean in the main living area was nice on a warm day. Size was perfect for our 4 guests and would still be enough with more guests. We can’t wait to come back to this villa!

I love St. John and have frequented this beautiful paradise 11 times in the past 13 years. I have stayed in six villas and Eagles Nest is the bomb! The best. Love the villa, the location and excellent amenities. My only reservation is that I would love to answer the last inquiry, "Would you recommend this property to a friend", selfishly as a NO because this property is getting so popular that it is booking up so fast every year!! So please DON'T stay there! Just kidding. I leave with a heavy heart, every time I have to say goodbye to St. John and this beautiful home away from home, Eaglesnest Villa.

If you're on the fence, rent Eagles Nest! We stayed for 2 weeks in May 2023. The home is in an awesome location close to Cruz Bay but isolated atop a hill overlooking the Carribean. There are zero steps from the covered drive in/out parking spot to the main living level. The home was well appointed and had significant cooking items/dishes, etc. The pool was a nice temperature with a spectacular view. The St John Signature Villas & Condos team answered all questions and gave us a thorough tour of the home upon arrival. Finally, all the little things were there in sufficient quantity for our two week stay.
Bottomline, you will not regret renting this home!

We've rented several St John houses and this one was perfect for us this year. We had kids with us the first week and they loved the pool. The baby and parents slept fine in the downstairs bedroom. We all loved the deck, the view, the location, the cleanliness and comfort and the general good working order of everything plus the well-stocked supplies. They really have made it a perfect place to stay. And we have also been very happy with St John Signature - a helpful, professional rental company.

We booked the Eaglesnest villa for a week with friends and family and it was great! We had 6 adults and it was perfect for us! The views are amazing and the pool was perfect for a day you couldn’t go to the beach. (Rough waters while we were there). Coffee on the veranda in the morning and views of St Thomas city lights in the evening! It was clean and had everything we needed including a laundry. Also we were greeted with a nice little snack basket! The only thing I might say that isn’t great is the mattresses need to be replaced. They lumpy but better than where my husband and I went for the next few days! Lol Definitely planning to return!

This villa has the perfect amount of space for my family and the pool area was safe and spacious for us and our kids. From the incredible panoramic views (sunrise to sunset) viewed from the expansive pool deck and balconies and even from the rooms, to the well-equipped and beautiful home, this was a first-class vacation home and we are frequent visitors to St John as we have family here.
Main house was perfect for two couples with the two master suites or for a family. We didn't use the downstairs bedroom but it was also well appointed with it's own refrigerator, air conditioning and TV.
The outdoor shower was a great addition to alleviate sand coming into the house after the beach.
The pool was sparkling and had great jets but we did have to "skim" out dirt or anything that flew in. Also there is a resident iguana that would leave "presents" every day on the pool ledge.
Would also suggest two more loungers by the pool (four total would be perfect)
One week was NOT enough. We will be back!

This house is a real gem. We’ve stayed in many AirBnb type places, but this one was the cleanest I’ve experienced. It seems many people come back year after year, and have left things behind to make this more than just a place to land. It’s like home, but with an amazing view! I’d never get tired of it. They had games to play, the pool was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with implements. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom. Not having an enclosure was unique, and so appropriate for the Caribbean. If you’re looking for a place to stay, stop. You’ve found it.

This was our first time to St John so we knew nothing about the island or location of this villa. It was a great location—-not too far from the main town and the view was exactly as pictured. Could stand in the pool and look right out at Cruz Bay. The villa itself was in excellent condition with bedrooms being air conditioned. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. Would stay here again!

Eagles Nest is by far a wonderful place to stay when traveling with family. My boys enjoyed the space especially my 23 year old who stayed in the room adjacent to the pool on the first level. I can't say enough about how well appointed eagle nest was and literally had everything and anything you might need down to the smallest of details. The house was immaculately clean, comfortable and felt like home. The management team provided immediate customer service for example the door handle to the downstairs room came off and management had it resolved within hours. The views at eagles nest are better then what I imagined, they were absolutely breathtaking! We enjoyed the balcony everyday with the sliding doors wide open taking in the caribbean breezes. I especially loved sipping my coffee and watching the boats come in and out of great cruz bay and the playfulness of the baby goats that reside a few houses below. After our daily adventures on island we would come back and just float in the pool taking mental pictures of the beauty that surrounded us! We also fell in love with the resident iguana who would on occasion stroll past us while we floated in the pool :) I can't say enough about how in love i am with Eagles nest! It captured our hearts and we can't wait to come back and enjoy another week in paradise.

Eaglesnest was the perfect villa for our girls trip. The staff was very accommodating to make two of the bedrooms into twin beds. We loved the view so much and we got a lot of cool breeze while sitting on the upper deck. And I agree with many reviews here that the villa was well-stocked and labeled! Location was breathtaking and very close to town. There were some kitchen things that weren't working properly, but that didn't take away from our great experience here. Definitely would come back to this villa!

I can't even begin to say enough great things about our stay at Eaglesnest! We have stayed in many beautiful villas on the island but this was by far our favorite. The pictures don't even begin to do this house justice. The location is perfect and very close to town.

I own a vacation rental myself and am very particular about how a house is stocked and cleaned. I have to say even I took some tips away from this property. We couldn't believe all the extras we found for our conveniences. There wasn't anything we ever wanted that wasn't there. The owners put so much thought and care into making sure you have a perfect stay. The house was kept very clean and the beds were all very comfortable. Everyone in our family slept like babies. The waves crashing with the windows open at night also helped lull us to sleep. Our kids had a blast in the pool. I spent every morning on the big new beautiful deck sipping coffee and enjoying the breathtaking views. Every evening we spent on that same deck watching the boats and the stars. Oh, that view.....Did I mention the view?!

The property manager Sherrolyn was a gem. She is extremely organized. She sent everything in a timely manner and always answered any questions we had. She sent a very informative email with details of food, activities, ferry and plenty more about St Johns.

We love exploring and staying in different houses each time we visit the island. However after staying here the hubby, kids and I all agree we have found our home away from home. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us. We can't wait to return. Till next time Eaglesnest....

The view from Eaglesnest is incredible and the pictures don’t do it justice. We had a 2 week stay and never once got bored as there is just so much to see and watch. Oriented to the south, you enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the decks. The house is well taken care of and well stocked. But the icing on the cake here is the management company and their staff. We met the housekeeper and gardner. Both were very efficient and so friendly. Sherrolyn provided so much help and advice about how to navigate once we got to STT airport after numerous flight cancellations and delays. Arriving late and tired her family picked us up and got us to villa. She also provided a ton of help with restaurant recommendations. Just great customer service from all. We will absolutely rent this house again.

Wow. What a view everyday. This was a wonderful place to stay. If you have a teen, they will love the downstairs bedroom that feels like its own apartment. The bedrooms are always cooled with AC. The kitchen is not AC, but the cool breeze is welcome when you want to feel the outdoors inside. Signature was super helpful. Things they could improve. Add an AppleTV. The TV setup is pretty weak. The pool was a nice extra and we enjoyed all of the sitting areas on the decks. The beds were comfortable and the AC in the bedrooms worked well. We absolutely loved this villa and can't wait to return to St. John in the future!

This was my 5th time coming to St John and Eagles nest was by far my favorite! Perfect layout for 3 couples! The pool was amazing with an awesome view! The house was more stocked than any other rental property I had ever stayed in! The location can’t be beat! Close to Downtown Cruz bay where all the restaurants, shops, and bars are!! 10/10 would recommend to anybody who wants a beautiful home with lovely views, all while being close to downtown! Can’t wait to plan our next trip!

After 13 years at Eaglesnest we guess you know we love it! We treat it as if it were our own home. It has been lovingly maintained for many years. Not the fanciest villa on island but you cannot beat it's amenities. View, Breeze, Location so near Cruz Bay town. We feel it a homecoming every year when we return. The pool? This was my wifes 40th and Sherolyn and her team could not have made it better. From a private fishing boat, private snorkel trip, private catamaran tour couples massages at the house and even a chef (TEDS Supper Club was fantastic).
Nothing like dipping in the pool after a day at the beach, or morning coffee on th deck!

This is our fifth stay at Eaglesnest, and everything was wonderful as always. The location, accommodations, and amenities here are perfect for our family. The staff at St. John Signature are so helpful and responsive. My only suggestion for improved comfort is a new mattress for the master bedroom. We did not find it particularly comfortable or supportive.

We had a wonderful week at this house. I would definitely rebook this house in the future. The three bedrooms were exactly what we needed for my family, so for us it was ideal. My two teenagers want to return. If you are thinking of being near Cruz Bay it is very convenient and has a very nice pool and view. It was also very well thought out in terms of most anything you would need to make your stay comfortable for the week. We didn't need a thing.

We did have a problem while there and I am still rating it 5 starts because the maintenance man and the water delivery man were wonderful and the problem was immediately resolved.

The realty agency was professional, responsive and very helpful also. Thank you Shanequa! Again a great week!

We have been to St John many times but this was the first time staying at Eaglesnest. The villa is in a great location with only a 5 minute drive to town. It was extremely clean and stocked well with the essentials. The views from the upper deck and pool deck are breathtaking! Really the only downside was the mattress in the upper east bedroom needs to be replaced. Other than that we love the villa as well as working with St John Signature Villas. It was hard to still see the destruction from the Hurricanes but the island is thriving and beautiful as always!

This is our 3rd visit to this home and 10 visit to St Johns. We were pleasantly surprised how well repairs are coming along island wide. Also, diving had more color than expected or described. The house appears as nice as it was pre-hurricanes. There are small adjustments that need to be made to the bedroom door left of kitchen as it wont close and stay closed. It bangs until you brace something against the door. That was our only issue - which is so minimal. Pool was clean - we like the new liner and tile.
We had rented last year and with the hurricane cancelled the trip. Trip insurance wouldn't cover the cancellation because our trip was more than 10 days after the hurricane. The owners allowed us to extend a year which we were grateful for. We will be back again. We've looked at other homes, and nothing compares. Great rental!

This is our second time staying at Eaglesnest and it was better than the first time. They have updated some furniture and the Villa is stocked with anything and everything you needed. The pool deck is spacious, has a great view and the hammock was a favorite among everyone. We went with our family of 6, all adults, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The only drawback was the downstairs bedroom smelled pretty musty. We can't wait to go back to St. John and stay at Eaglesnest again!

We had a great stay at Eaglesnest. Location is very convenient to Cruz Bay and it's easy to get to. The drive-thru parking was quite handy. The villa had almost everything we needed - chairs, umbrellas, beach mats and towels, kitchen furnishings, etc. We didn't really have to buy anything for the week besides food.

The microwave stopped working on our first day cooking some bacon and never got fixed, but we didn't eat much besides breakfast at the villa. Also - the wifi gave us all kinds of problems and only worked about 20% of the time. Not a big deal but was annoying when a few people in our group were trying to catch up on some work emails.

We didn't use the 3rd bedroom but that could be a little annoying to have to go up and down outside so something to consider for others. The weather rained on us almost every day for a few hours so that could be an issue for others.

The furniture, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all very nice. We enjoyed this property and with a few upgrades like the microwave and upgraded router/modem the place would be a no-brainer.

The over the range microwave was actually a new one which was added in 2018. Unfortunately, the micrometer failed on it during the third day of your stay;however, we are pleased to report that a new microwave was delivered and installed today on 11/15.


We depend on a third party provider for internet-internet throughout the island was impacted by the severe thunder and lightening storm you described above. Usually we don't have any issues. The third bedroom at Eaglesnest is located downstairs on the pool deck level and has exterior access which was described during your booking process. This room is perfect for a cool refresher and quick access to a bathroom on the pool deck. The mini refrigerator and wall mounted TV in this room also make great additions to the room. Again, we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay and look forward to your return visit!


8/23/19 update: We recently installed a new Netgear Orbi mesh router which boosts the internet signal strength to each bedroom. The strength has been very good and is a great improvement from our previous router. Thank you for your feedback!

We have stayed at this Villa 4 times. It has killer views, fantastic location and plenty of space for everyone. Upstairs has two equal masters with stone showers. Another King or twin if you prefer on the lower level. Huge decks on both levels and a fantastic pool area. Plenty or sun or shade whichever you prefer. It's location is super convenient and even has a easy in/easy out driveway. Can't wait to go back! Also you can't go wrong with St. John Signature Villas awesome customer service and super nice people!

What a fantastic villa! For 5 adults (3 adult children), it was perfect. Beautiful in every respect, from the location to the view, the pool, the rooms, furnishings and equipment all were outstanding. Everything worked perfectly and we couldn't have been happier, even the wifi was great. We thought there would be some issues from storm recovery, but there were no issues. Signature was incredibly responsive with house cleaning, and checking on things when we needed it which was rare. The street entrance was a little tight, but once you get used to it, you're fine. We liked the proximity to Cruz Bay (5 minute drive) and the grocery store and trash dumpster, but its not very walkable or bikable because of the narrow road and hills. Who wants to leave this incredible deck anyways!!! The southern sky was amazing every night. The pool deck was very relaxing. When our friends see the pictures, they can't believe it. The main living areas are very comfortable. Kitchen equipment was amazing. They had everything you need and more. Bluetooth into the stereo and you have a great happy hour. The master bed was a little too soft, but some people like that. The lower room is very private and there is no internal entrance, so I wouldn't put young children there. An internal entrance to the lower room would make a perfect place even more perfect. Eagle's Nest exceeded our expectations by a lot and I give my highest recommendation if you are going to St John with 4 or 5 people, looking for comfort, privacy, access to town, an amazing view and an incredible vacation!!

We spent a week at Sapphire Breeze recently and I can't say enough good things about the views...they are stunning! I must however say the house itself needs some TLC. There is an extensive amount of tile work that needs to be repaired outside. There are exterior locks on doors that are very hard to lock if they lock at all. The pool and hot tub need some attention as far as repairs and cleaning. None of this seriously hampered our stay I just feel it needs to be addressed.

Beautiful views but needs some TLC

We spent a week at Sapphire Breeze recently and I can't say enough good things about the views...they are stunning! I must however say the house itself needs some TLC. There is an extensive amount of tile work that needs to be repaired outside. There are exterior locks on doors that are very hard to lock if they lock at all. The pool and hot tub need some attention as far as repairs and cleaning. None of this seriously hampered our stay I just feel it needs to be addressed.

Our week at St. John started with a wonderful greeter who took us to the grocery store before taking us to our rental house. Walking into this house was magical and we instantly fell in love with the house and the view. Thanks for such a wonderful week!

Everything was fabulous and was as described! Working with the villa company was so convenient and easy. The only thing people should be aware of is the challenging drive to it!! Fortunately we had to young drivers who had no fear of the twisting uphill drive!!! Thank you Signature Villas and Condos for a wonderful stay to a wonderful island!!!
